    Every semi custom save the date package includes...

    Each save the date includes a custom-designed printed card, coordinating envelope, professional printing, guest and return addressing, and careful packaging. Once received, you’ll simply assemble, add postage, and mail.

  • Begin by exploring the semi-custom collection and selecting the design that best fits your wedding aesthetic and overall vision.

  • Once your design is selected, you’ll complete a detailed order form with your wording, guest addressing information, quantity, color selections, and any desired upgrades or embellishments.

  • After your information is submitted, your customized proofs will be prepared for review. At this stage, wording, colors, and selected finishing details can be refined before approval.

  • Once your final proofs are approved and final payment is completed, your save the dates will move into production and professionally printed.

  • Your completed save the dates will arrive carefully packaged and organized with everything needed for final assembly, stamping, and mailing. Couples simply stuff, seal, stamp, and send.

  • We typically recommend mailing save the dates around 8–12 months before your wedding date. For destination weddings or holiday weekends, we suggest sending them closer to 10–12 months in advance to give guests additional time to plan.

  • We recommend inquiring and placing your order approximately 10–14 months before your wedding. This allows plenty of time for design, proofing, printing, and mailing without feeling rushed.

  • Our semi-custom collection begins with an existing Nova Haus design that is personalized with your colors, wording, and details. Fully custom save the dates are designed entirely from scratch and tailored specifically to your wedding aesthetic and vision.

  • Yes! Many couples begin with save the dates and continue with matching invitation suites, menus, signage, place cards, welcome paper, and other day-of details for a beautifully cohesive wedding experience.

  • Yes — printed guest addressing and return addressing are included for a polished, ready-to-mail presentation.

  • We carefully package and prepare everything so your save the dates are ready for postage. If you are interested in mailing services, we do offer this as an additional add on.

  • The average save the date process typically takes around 3–6 weeks depending on revisions, printing timelines, and quantity.

  • Yes! Save the dates can be elevated with optional details such as envelope liners, vellum wraps, ribbon, wax seals, custom shapes, or specialty printing methods.

  • We offer professional flat digital printing as well as upgraded methods such as letterpress, white ink printing, and foil upon request.

  • Not immediately! We can begin the design process before your final guest list is complete. Addresses are typically needed closer to production.
