  • If you are a current invitation client, this transition is seamless since we already understand your wedding vision, design direction, color palette, and overall aesthetic. If you are new to Nova Haus, you’ll begin by sharing your wedding date, venue, guest count, desired pieces, quantities, and overall vision for your day-of details.

  • Since day-of details can vary based on guest count, RSVP responses, quantities, materials, and the pieces selected, we begin by providing a personalized proposal with an estimated investment range. This gives you a clear starting point while allowing the final scope to be thoughtfully refined as your celebration details come together. If you have a specific budget in mind, we are happy to work within those parameters and guide you toward the pieces that best align with your overall vision.

  • Once your proposal is approved, we begin thoughtfully designing your day-of details to coordinate seamlessly with your wedding aesthetic and existing stationery. Digital proofs will be provided for review, allowing us to refine wording, layouts, colors, and design details together before moving into final production.

  • As RSVP responses are finalized, we’ll confirm quantities, guest names, seating arrangements, menu selections, and any remaining details needed for pieces such as escort cards, place cards, seating charts, and menus.

  • Once all details have been finalized and approved, your designs are prepared for production.

  • Your items are professionally printed, finished, organized, and carefully prepared to ensure everything feels cohesive, elevated, and ready for your wedding day.

  • Completed day-of details will be delivered or arranged for pickup prior to your celebration so everything arrives beautifully prepared and ready to be styled.
