The Fully Custom Experience is for couples who want their stationery to feel entirely their own—thoughtfully created from the ground up to reflect their wedding, their story, and their vision. Every detail is intentionally considered, from typography and color palette to paper, layout, artwork, and finishing touches. Rather than beginning with an existing design, we’ll work together to create a cohesive stationery direction inspired by your venue, aesthetic, and the atmosphere you envision for your celebration.

Our Process

  • Your journey starts with our inquiry form. Once your form is submitted, we will produce a personalized proposal. 

  • Review, ask questions, and finalize your package selection. No pressure here – embellishments and details can be added and finalized throughout your whole process. Your chosen package is confirmed with a design retainer and signed agreement, officially reserving your place in our design calendar. From there, the creative journey unfolds — and your vision begins to take shape.

  • We’ll hop on a quick video call and chat about your wedding style, priorities, and inspiration. Then I’ll come up with a design and present you a digital proof to make sure we’re aligned on the vision.

  • I will present the design and make any necessary changes until the design is approved.

  • With your final approval, production begins and every finishing touch is handled for you. We assemble the suite, print addressing, select the correct postage, and manage mailing with USPS, including special handling for wax or thicker stacks. From press to post, the process is seamless—and you never need to make a trip to the counter.

  • Invitations are now complete and flawless! Now relax while we carry your aesthetic through the details—an heirloom keepsake box to preserve your suite, styled flat-lay photography for beautiful imagery, and a coordinating wedding website so every touchpoint feels cohesive and considered.

    Our fully custom invitation suites include custom design and layout, unlimited proofing rounds, a main invitation card, RSVP card with QR code or wedding website, outer mailing envelope, flat digital printing, and premium cardstock with a smooth, softly textured finish.

    Each suite also includes your choice of one finishing detail — an envelope liner, ribbon wrap, or belly band — along with professional assembly, guest addressing, return addressing, quality check, preparation, and stuffing so your invitations are ready for postage.

  • Absolutely. Fully custom suites are designed specifically around your wedding style, venue, florals, color palette, season, and overall atmosphere. Whether your wedding feels coastal, editorial, romantic, modern, timeless, or something completely unique, the suite is created to reflect that feeling cohesively.

  • Because fully custom suites are created from scratch, we recommend beginning the process approximately 6–9 months before your wedding date whenever possible.

    The timeline varies depending on revisions, printing methods, and embellishments, but most projects take several weeks from design through production.

  • Most wedding invitations are mailed approximately 6–8 weeks before the wedding date. We typically recommend having your suites fully completed at least 1–2 weeks before your planned mailing date to allow time for postage and preparation.

  • Yes! We offer full-service assembly and professional guest envelope addressing so your suites arrive fully prepared and ready for postage.

  • Absolutely — that is one of the biggest parts of the process. Many couples come in with inspiration photos, a general feeling, or even just a venue and color palette. We guide you through the creative direction and help shape a cohesive vision together.
